As a Payroll Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of salaries for our employees. You work closely with HR and Finance, making sure that time registrations are correct and that all changes are carefully processed in Delta / BCS. In addition, you handle the monthly payroll run and take care of tax and pension declarations. You stay up to date with changes in legislation and regulations, prepare monthly reports, and make sure everything runs smoothly from an administrative perspective. You also process the working hours of flex workers, maintain contact with the agencies, and verify the invoiced hours.
We are looking for an accurate and experienced Payroll Administrator who works discreetly and independently. You have completed an MBO or HBO degree in a relevant field and can demonstrate proven experience in payroll administration. Experience with Delta / BCS is an advantage. You have knowledge of labor law and current tax regulations, and you understand the importance of clear communication within a team.

The position starts with a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent appointment.
